Smart Can't Remove Package

Having difficulty removing potential conflicting package with smart. Same problem with YaST. Smart indicates conflict but can't remove package because it's not installed. Also tried cleaning the cache but this did not work. How can I get my installed package records in order. Current installation of Firefox appears to work normally.
