I use this to connect to a server securely and although you can install it in 10.3 as part of the installation it doesnt seem to work.

Has anyone got it working?

If you mean "nomachine's" nx, yes it works fine on my 10.3 RC1. I went to the nomachine site:
http://www.nomachine.com/
and downloaded nxnode, nxserver, and nxclient. They installed and work well.

I don't use an app called "freenx" but I suspect the above three (nxnode, nxserver, and nxclient) should do the same and more.

FreeNX is an package under the remote desktop Pattern when installing Suse.

Used to work fine until 10.3 but I think i will do as you have and install striaght from the nomachine site.

Thanks for answering.

You'll need the Nomachine nxclient package.

As for the server, NX/FreeNX works, but only if you install the 32 bit (i586) version.

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to do this with Zypper/Yast (that I know of), so you have to manually download the rpm's from build.opensuse.org, and install them with 'rpm -ihv'.

Hope that helps.
