I noticed a problem with the system update, which probably runs sax or sax2 in an incorrect way and makes xorg.conf unusable, so I logged this bug on Dec 23

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=140916

Other than that (I had a backup copy of xorg.conf) the system seems to run well. But for my primary system I think I'll wait for Beta1 or Beta2

Had Alpha 4 installed for a while on my test machine...very impressive...a couple of
little bugs...I'll be looking forward to 10.1...might play with a beta once that program
starts...but on the TEST machine.

Geez, guys? On your PRIMARY machine? I'm assuming you would dual boot and
have something that isn't beta on your "primary" machine too! But I gotta tell ya,
even in its Alpha form, it's pretty darn usable!!

I went on to test something else for a friend, but I'll be back!

I know.. I know... Its not a good idea to do so, but having it on my primary lets me feel like I'm really testing it.

But I do have some safe guards. My /home is a separate HD and I the / HD is in a swappable bay. I have a STABLE installation at arms length.
