Hi,

I've read just about every post on this forum but I can't find one that addresses my exact issue. I'll try to give as much information as I can and would greatly appreciate any and all assistance.

Lenovo T61p running SLED 10.1 SP2 with a GNOME desktop; KDE isn't an option unless it is only for setup purposes. Intel 3945 card. Using ndiswrapper 1.52 with NETw4k32 (the others wouldn't work) I am able to connect to a WPA (Personal) reliably every time. My issue is that I am unable to connect to a WPA-2 (Personal) ever and it is occasionally required.

I'll keep reading forums and searching for the answer but please save my sanity (what little remains) and help me solve this issue!

Thank you,

Pamela

Not sure I can help, but can you just provide a little more info:

How is your wlan device controlled eg command line, or some other manager?

I think that the Suse-distributed wpa_supplicant is fairly full featured and since you have wpa personal working, it could just be a matter of correctly configuring your wpa_supplicant config.
