In Konsole
Type
su

or
type
su -l

or
Menu-->System-->File Manager-->File Manager Super User Mode

su logs in where you type the command
su -l logs in at /root
other opens Konqueror as Super User

So depends on use, guessing you want su and su -l

Knew I should of waited longer, I could never type as fast Eds
As Eds mentioned password.
