Module precompile check Current running kernel is: 2.6.22.5-31-default /lib/modules... autoconf.h does not exist please install kernel source make: *** [check] Error 1 where i will find these who tells me? please help. |

kernel source can be found on your install media

after installed kernel source,now i have this:
diff: /boot/vmlinuz.autoconf.h: there is no such file or directory autoconf.h matches running kernel diff: /boot/vmlinuz.version.h: there is no such file or directory version.h matches running kernel 2.6.22.5-31-default what i have to do? |

Perhaps start at the beginning with what you are trying to do? Not to mention some hint as to which SUSE you are running and any of those niggling Hardware details that could possibly elude those of us without access to your computer?
I see the kernel in your example is 2.6.22.5-31-default, whereas 10.3 is 2.6.22.17-0.1-default (with updates) so I am guessing perhaps you need to have matching Kernel source and Kernel You can find out if they match with a rpm -qa | grep kernel entered in a root console. |
