i have suse 9 enterprise server installed in my system. i have to install inetd service in my suse which is the early version of xinetd. how can i install ??

It may be on your distribution media.

Are you sure it is not already installed? Try: whereis inetd

NO, my system has already installed with xinetd service . but i want to install inetd service instead of xinetd.
and when executes "whereis inetd" it results nothing.
when i executed "whereis inetd" i got "inetd:"
