Quick question...

When ripping mp3s through Konqueror, where can you check/change the settings - eg bit rate, etc?

Do not forget that K3B can do a really good job of ripping, as well. Also, Kaffeine will do it, too. Lots of choices, so you can choose what application you like best. Have fun!

As I do very little ripping, I had forgotten about k3b! I was doing a favour for my wife ( a music teacher) who needed to prepare listening samples for her students.

I like the drag and drop approach in Konqueror - very easy and quick. Must check out k3b for next time B)
