No Kde Support After Install 10.3

hi
what can be the reason for this. When I installed 10.3 on a fresh partition with the option of having KDE after, the system start lead me only to the local-login with line-command support. before I installed Version 9 and all functioned very well with a VGA screen. Which changes had been made in the new version? what can I do?

try running sax2 after su to root. should help
