hi ;
I want to install suse 10.3 (64)
I have windows Vista home preimium .. one hared disk with partions C and D (Back up factory image)
how can i have the both operatings systems together...
should i use a boot manager??!! should i do anything before the installation of Suse??
I know that there are same topics in the forum, but they are not clear?!!

take a read through this

make sure you back up every bit of info you deem important just in case, and remember, use the vista partitioning tool to shrink your vista partition. if possible leave at least 20-30gb for suse. once you shrink the vista partition do not format the unallocated space, the suse installer will do this for you, but it can NOT shrink the vista partition.
