Boot Menu Graphics

I just inherited a machine from someone who had changed all the splash screens. I have been able to restore them back to the originals except for the menu screen. It still has the custom back splash. I had a look at the menu.lst tto see if it had been customized but it looks standard. Anyone have any idea how I can change it back? BTW it is 10.3.

try control centre>appearance and themes>splash screen. that's what i think you are talking about...the screen which appears after you click log on, when your desktop is loading?

Thanks, but its not. I have changed that back. What I am talking about is when u first boot the machine, at the boot menu. Thanks though.

if you mean the grub menu at the very initial stage of booting, where you choose the OS to load, then take a look here
