Wifi On Laptop

I have a laptop, with RTL8187B wireless Lan. It works perfectly under Win XP. I checked the hardware and found the RTL8187B under the USB list.

How do i make it work for using WIFI on my laptop.
Laptop has Intel chipset 2310.
SUSE Linux is 10.3
