here my laptop info:

ASUS Z99JSeries A8JR
Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 1.8GHZ
120G Hard Disk
ATI Mobility X2300 (256MB)(128bit)
OS: Win Vista Premium(maybe will change to Win XP) + OpenSuse 10.3 (will be change to suse 11)

my Q is:
is't ok wif my laptop spec when running on both OS?
is any other opinion / suggestion??

How much RAM do you have? To run openSUSE a 512MB RAM is recommended, bigger is better.
Do you plan to install openSUSE on separate partition from Vista or using Virtual Madhine? I think the most probably issue (but I hope not) is ATI driver in Linux (don't know since haven't ATI card) especially to have 3D support.

owh...my RAM... it's 1G and i'll upgrade to 2G or 4G.. and like u said hav prob wif graphic card.. it can't run 3D accelator... but compiz can be run... so how come???

Like I say it will probably since I used to hear issue about ATI driver for linux in the past. Glad if it work well with you, mean there are no problem with the ATI driver.

It's enough RAM, according to your usage you will need or not swap disk, for desktop user 1GB without swap is fine enough.
