Onboard Usb Wifi Problem

I have tryed for almost 24 hours now.
I have a toshiba satellite L40-14Y It have onboard wificard. But some how it is build in usb adapter.

This is output of lsusb:

But ive checked its a rtl8187b chipset.
Ive installed ndiswrapper with windrivers. It sais its installed.
Ndiswrapper -l net8187b : driver installed

but when i type ifconfig the only one that shows up is eth0 and lo
and not the usb wifi card....

Help badly wanted:-)

You do have "company" in finding difficulty to get this Laptop's wireless to work, ... for example this Ubuntu user:
