Hi there,

I've got a Dell Precision 1600M and have successfully installed 10.3 on it. It all works fine until I put it into the port replicator. When I turn it on, the laptop screen and the external lcd on the analog connection into the port replicator both come on even though the laptop is closed.

I want to be able to run 2 external screens and not the laptop screen when it is docked. (One via DVI and one via analog.) and obviously have the laptop screen only when it is not docked...

I've correctly installed the nvidia drivers for my card (Quadro FX 1600M - 512 mb) and have used sax2 to turn on 3d and dual head. If I don't turn on dual head, only the laptop screen comes on even though the lid is shut and nothing appears on either of the two external monitors.

This all just works in Fedora 6 and 7.. I really like openSuSE and don't want to have to change back..

Is what I want to do possible in SuSE?
