Laptop Build Hardware Issues

I have installed suse 10.1 on my Acer Aspire 5672 Laptop, and have managed to get most of the hardware working, with the exception of the following

1. Sound Card works OK, but no Input from Mic or Line In
2. Modem Not recognised (HDAudio Soft Data Fax Modem), I think this is as it is an WinModem
3. WebCam doesn't seem to be recognised in the hardware, but not 100% sure, any idea how I can test if this is recognised.
4. The extra buttons on my laptop don't work (volume, media control buttons + 4 custom buttons), would be nice if I cold at lest configure the vol +/- to work.
5. the 6 in 1 Card REader doesn't work, or at least when I insert an sony stick pro in I cant see it in the media view in Konqueror

If anyone could help with these it would be appreciated as then I can at last ditch Windows
