Hi all,

I have been a big SuSE fan for quite sometime but there is one problem that's bothering me. I run SuSE 9.3 on an HP Pavilion zt3000 which has an ATI Radeon Mobility 9200 IGP 7835 videocard driving a native 1280x800 wide-creen display. When I connect the VGA output to another monitor or projector, all I automatically see is a clone of my screen but a narrow-screen version(1024x768) with anything outside of the 1024x768 part not showing. The usual Windows Fn-F8 key obviously does nothing. Even if I change my laptop resolution to 1024x768, I still see a partially cloned, partially cut out version of my display.

If people have a solution to this problem, please do share away.

Thanks in advance,
