suse 9.2 works with actiontec external serial modem on hp desktop.
On the zd7000 & hp expansion base the modem does work with XP.
but 9.2 does not work with the serial modem.The pwr lite is on and thats all,there
are no sound's from the modem.The hp scanner & printer work fine connected to
their usb ports.I tryed all of the ports, stupid mode.
