To Install A Deskjet 600 Old Printer

hi
can anyone tell me wether and how I could install the printer above. a driver for linux I did not found. Is therefore my old printer with good refilling ink no longer usable?

Try the hpijs driver as outlined here:

For HP printers, I often find it helps to install hplip:
http://packman.links2linux.de/package/hplip
.... openSUSE-10.3 comes with hplip ... one just needs to install it.
