Has anyone had any success in getting GATOS working for SuSE 10.3? I know Ubuntu has packages, so it must be compilable with the latest kernels, but I'm having no luck. (kernel 2.6.22.17)... (could I perhaps use the ubuntu packages, converted with alien?? if so, which match my kernel?)
I can get genericv4l module to compile, and it loads, but I see no error messages, nor does /dev/video appear.
I can't get km or avview to build at all, and I've tried both svn and the packaged releases.

I was given an ATI AIW 128 Pro (pci card) , and I was hoping to get it working in my system.
I don't know if it matters, but I currently have an nVidia card as my main graphics board.

Thanks,
VintagePC
