I installed a Promise SATA controller and two drives which I verified are supported by the card. I've created a striped set but when I get into openSuSE it doesn't see the array; it only sees each disk individually.

Does anyone have any experience getting this card to work? What do I need to do for the OS to see the array?

I've never used that card with SuSE, does it have Linux drivers? That was the stopping point for most "hardware" raid cards when I was trying to do it.
