.config In Kernal Needs To Be Modified.

Hello

I have a HDA sound from intel on my laptop and my research show me that I need to modify the Kernal, but I dont know where I can find it and how I can change it and what line needs to be addes.
If you know the answer to any of the above questions please do not hesitate.
