Need Libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3

Error:

% rpm -i synergy-1.3.1-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:

I saw another thread about making a symlink back to the libstdc++ library in /usr/lib? there are 3 in mine:
