Desktop Effects - Compiz

Each time i log in i have to go to Utilities > Desktop > Desktop Effects and tick Enable desktop effects so that the compiz effects work. I have the Compiz Fusion icon shown on the task.

How do i get the desktop effects to automatically start when i login, i'm using KDE
