The VirtualBox kernel driver is not accessible to the current user. Make sure that the user has write permissions for /dev/vboxdrv by adding them to the vboxusers groups.

how i will add the user to vboxusers?

Yast > Security and users > User and group management > Mark the user you want to add > choose edit
> on the details tab you will see a list of groups > check the vboxusers and accept > click finish
