I dislike how new windows snap to one of the screen corners on load (in KDE3, at least).

I looked through the multitude of configure-desktop settings and didn't see anything that would control this. I'd prefer if windows started up in their previous location & size, like other operating systems :blush: do.

Is this a configurable behavior?
