I have installed openSuse 10.3 with GNOME as desktopmanager and too installed all the available software, which I have found relevant for my personal setup of the system. But i have a general problem: If I run a systemprograme, the help-button in the menubar as usual gives me two options of wich one should be a dialogbox with all the help issues. But clicken on that option simply have no effect. I am getting no dialogbox. And thats the case whether I log in as privileged administrator or as user.
What could be the reason for that calamity? - I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Longing for your reply - Ole Rohde
