Alot of questions here are about dependancies and about where and how to get software. If you follow this guide here this will answer those questions. You can also find alot of howto's and guides for suse here If a program is crashing, please run it from the command line and paste the out put so that we can properly assist you.

Things to check; the programs web site or forum, google (of course), bug reports. If all these have been checked, please note it in your post, as that will also help us in troubleshooting your problem.
