Sound Card,graphics Card And Modem

Dear Friends,

I got a brand new amd X2 acer latop. I installed suse linux10.3 on it and it works beautifully. But it did not recognise my sound card, graphics card, web cam and modem. I tried to solve this problem using Yast2 but could'nt :unsure: . I request one of you to help me. Sorry for not mentioning I am new to linux but want to learn as much as possible.
