I was one of the first to view this. I also agree that it's good and worthy of sticky, but waited till y'all asked for it.

I did email the webmaster of opensuse.org and ask them to include http://kmuto.jp/debian/hcl/ for suse. If others of you want it, I suggest you email the webmaster as well. The more requests they get, the more likely they are to implement it.
