i am new in Linux and i can't underestand what happened when new service or program can't load and that files does not exist please say the answer with details

how can i use vpn connection on suse Linux enterprise server 8.

I think may config files is different from that instruction
In SLSE8 pptp-command is not supported from my linux !!

i don't know what am i doing now ??
