In Firefox goto the menu at the top --> edit --> preferences --> content --> fonts and colours

That's a very personalised/individual thing. depends on personal likes and eyesight. Try out a range of font types and sizes is all I can advise. OPf course it helps to have an adequate spectrum of fonts installed. But you should have that by default unless you used a cut down installation.

I'm affraid you didn't understand what i mean. I know i can set the fonts from Mozilla ,but all i want is to have a clearer view. However i change the fonts, they still looks different than in Windows. Is there no tricks/options/ to get the same fonts from Windows, and to optimise them SAME like?

Exactly the same will be difficult seeing the font sets in Windows are not the same as in Linux and here again we have a copywrite tangle if Linux would ship with exactly the same fonts.

The font I like best for firefox is DejaVu Sans , which can be set through, Edit > Preferences > Content
I also always hit the Advanced button to set the minimum font size to 12 (for resolutions greater than 1200x800).
After having set this I think the fonts are, though different, just as good as in Windows, but that is of course subjective.

There is also the option to use Windows truetype fonts in Linux and there are also fonts like liberation, that should come close. There are enough howto's on this.

Other than that make sure you have the optimal font settings set in Control Center > appearance.
I've set mine to Subpixel smoothing with full hinting. This is generally best when using LCD screens.
