I apologise if this has been covered but the forum search wasn't giving me any results.
HOWTO: 1. Close Thunderbird. 2. Locate ~/.thunderbird/(xxxxxxxx).default/ (where xxxxxxxx, this will be random numbers and letters) 3. Create a text file and call it user.js 4. Within user.js add the following code: Code:
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.http", "/usr/bin/firefox");
5. Save the file user.js 6. Open Firefox -> Edit -> Preferences -> Tabs 7. Select "New pages should be opened in" -> "a new tab" 8. Open Thunderbird and click on a link - job done! |
