Packman has all rpm versions of ffmpeg @ http://packman.links2linux.org/package/ffmpeg/16404

Easiest way for me to install it was with smart & find function.

I've always found Keepvid the easiest way to download the file. It allows you to download the file in either .avi, .flv or .mp4 format.
