Deb Packages For Opensuse, Stable?

If I install the deb package for OpenSUSE, is it stable? I really, really want this LinuxDC++ on my OpenSUSE and I'm not good with compiling. But there is a deb version of it and well, could I just installed deb package from "Package Selector". Would that work?

Good post. Someone should update the wishlist page then to point to this.

It presents stable repositories first (while Iznogoods service presents a lot of repos which I haven't even heard of...).

Also this service can be used via the commandline after installing »webpin«, which can be quite useful:
