You can get Air for linux from http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/air/
There are sample programs that work with alpha release, applications from adobe product site doesn't work yet.

Those Air applications looks pretty neat and with flash they are pretty easy to create.
It's shame that there is no Adobe Flash pro for linux, and the linux flash player has real bad performance.
