Does anyone have a xine plugin or asf plugin for totem so I can play windows media files wmf.

I just got this suse 10.3 / 11 version. I dont know how to use the GNOME version very well. I know how to right click and install or open with yast.

Does anyone have a plugin I can get. my email is brettzzzzz@aim.com

I was also looking for gaim for this 10.3 version of suse

The one-click multimedia can be found at http://opensuse-community.org/Restricted_Formats/10.3 .

Gaim is now called Pidgin. It is on the openSUSE 10.3 DVD. You need to install the libpurple and pidgin packages. You can also get numerous different versions from the repositories. You can check http://software.opensuse.org/search for exactly what you want.

With openSUSE, you can use GNOME, KDE, Xfce, or other environment you wish. It depends on what you feel most comfortable with. Have fun!

I installed the restricted formats yum package. My totem still will not play .wmv I need advanced streaming format (asf) demuxer plugin. That is what the totem error states
