Could anybody watch today's ABC movie online?

Change of browser identification to IE didn't help - after that, ABC movie player must be installed, which is, of course, not written for Linux.

Which browsers did you try? It plays in my Konqueror browser with NO problem. (It doesn't work on my firefox either). I didn't bother trying Opera. .... ABC movies is NOT a site that I visit, so it not playing in my firefox is not a concern to me. If I ever get the urge to watch, I can always use Konqueror.

I am speaking about this movie:
http://pathto911.abc.com/index.html

Didn't work in my computer. I started Konquerer, changed the browser identification to Internet Explorer 6.0, restarted the browser, and ABC still suggests me to download some player software (for Windows).

Isn't it good that there is no ABC text editor, or Fox Browser, or CNN dog leash, or SUSE World News TV? (yet)?

I can't access the movie on that URL as it is only for users from within the USA.

Isn't this a violation of the spirit of Internet? They could have limited the bandwidth if they want to save bandwidth.

Some other web sites do country limitations as well. I wish they disappear in a dishonorable manner; they are often wrong in guessing the country.
