Yeah - it really suxs.

But as I said - in Austria you don't have that restrictions, but we also do not get seperated German versions. However you can easily buy the original versions, which I normally do

You can get the uncut version in Germany as well. But the shop has to verify you are old enough. Therefor you hav to go to the information and as for the uncut version. And not all shops have them.
In most cases there is an easy way of making the cut version uncut. Often you just have to change 0 and 1 in an .ini-file.

Well - not always - I also prefer the original sounds since most of the time synchronisation suxs

Anyway - just got MOHAA - will now install and test it!
