Hi,

When I click 'Install Software' in opensuse 10.3 I'm prompted for the root password but then nothing happens.
However if I type 'Yast2 --install' in a terminal it works fine.

When I open Control Center, there's lots of stuff missing, including the software section.

Anyone got any ideas what's wrong?

P.S. I've subsequently found that if I log out and log back in everything works fine. What's the story??
