I installed 10.3 and it worked flawlessly, till now. What is this problem?

I tried the terminal and typed "su" then "yast2" and YAST worked.

Isn't that what you would expect? Can you explain a bit more fully.

The problem is that whenever I start something that will need KDE su, I get this error. For example, when starting Yast or when switching to Administrator mode in the Control Center.

The thing is that it used to work perfectly, I haven't done anything new at all.

Sorry, didn't see the problem in the heading

There are so-called "paranoid" security settings which might accidentally be in force for you. Go to Yast --> security and users --> Sudo: you should see two lines like this:
ALL ALL (ALL) No ALL
root ALL (ALL) No ALL

If not then "edit" or "add" depending what's missing

No. This didn't work. I tried as you said and the two lines were there. There were other lines as well. Should I leave them or delete them?

I deleted the other entries and it worked!

The other entries were related to SMB4K.
