Compiz And Menu Bar

I have a problem with compiz on my computer. I installed compiz from the Suse XGL repository (http://download.opensuse.org/reposit...openSUSE_10.2/). After update to version 0.5.1_git_9a137959-11.1@i586 every opened window as normal user has no menu bar and it is not possible to move the window on the desktop. The strange thing is that everything is working fine when I log on as root. A downgrade to version 0.2.2-18.2 shows the same behaviour which is also really strange, because this version was working fine. Before the update I recognized that some plugins are not working as normal user (e.g. the wobbly plugin) but work fine as root - maybe this has something to do with the error?
Has anybody a idea how to solve this problem?
