[solved]konqueror

Hello,

In konqueror, whenever i select home directory, my hidden files are shown.
If i unselect hidden files, and save the profile, next time i open konqueor, the hidden files are shown.

I've gone so far as to remove my konqueror folders within .kde/share/apps and my konquerorrc files. restart kde - still the same.

This ONLY affects the /home/user folder.

If i make adjustments to /home/bin, then the adjustments stay.
Confused.... Yep - Any ideas?

in my home directory a file .directory had

[URL properties]
HTMLAllowed=true
ShowDotFiles=false
ViewMode=konq_detailedlistview


changed to ShowDotFiles=true

and all ok....
