Anyone using this on their 9.3?

I tried running the daemon and got the following:

Quote:
/etc/init.d/avguard start returned 1 (unspecified error):
Starting AntiVir on-access scanning facility: avguard
* loading dazuko kernel module..skipped
* verifying dazuko device..failed
Realized and then compiled the km_dazuko module and when I try running it I get:

Code:
a64nix:/lib/modules/2.6.11.4-20a-default/extra # modprobe dazuko
FATAL: Error inserting dazuko (/lib/modules/2.6.11.4-20a-default/extra/dazuko.ko): Invalid argument
also tried:

Code:
a64nix:/lib/modules/2.6.11.4-20a-default/extra # insmod dazuko.ko
insmod: error inserting 'dazuko.ko': -1 Invalid parameters
Anyone has this antivir installed and running. What is required for it to operate and how it updates it's database?

I really want and need an antivir running on my system, so that I feel more secure, and know that my system is being scanned as well as all the e-mails and IM chats.

Antivirus is only needed if you are scanning WINDOWS partitions and windows attachments in email. Curently there is no such thing as a linux virus.

What are you talking about?

You want to say, that there is not a single virus/trojan/worm in this digital world which can affect Linux !!!

just install clamav, then install KlamAV on top. Which will provide 100% security.
