Setting Menu In Fluxbox

I am trying to edit my menu so that I can have a submenu with all the programs in it seperate from the first one that comes up. When I try to do this it puts it all in one menu.

I want the first menu to look like this:

E-Term
YaST
Fluxbox Configuration ->
Programs ->
Run Command
Lock Screen
Restart
Logout

under programs I want to have things like gaim mplayer and etc.....

but when I try to edit the ~./fluxbox/menu it puts it all in one menu.

Any ideas????
