2 Program Problems...

1. When i updated today (YOU) it found a new opera version 7.54. But now when i go into Install and Remove Software i get som dependency conflict and it wants to downgrade opera?

When I try apt-get i get this error:
opera: Depends: libXm.so.1 but it is not installable
Seems this is the error in dependecy

2. Trying to compile easytag-0.31_gtk2.4_pre3 but fails on:

checking for GLIB - version >= 2.4.0... no
*** Could not run GLIB test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means GLIB is incorrectly installed.
configure: error: *** GLIB >= 2.4.0 not installed! ***

Where do i find this? and how to install?
