kernel 2.6.9 downloaded from www.kernel.org

CPU: P4
includes: bluetooth, lan, ipv4 and all the useful stuff
excludes: isdn, wan, ISA & legacy hardware, wireless and so on.

essentially an optimised stripped kernel for intel motherboard.

the resulting bzImage is 1482835 bytes with 26MB of modules.

Include all board features e.g onboard sound, firewire support.
Exclude wireless.

/boot filesystem = ext2 (so if you want ext3 or reiserfs you can change it )
rest is reiserfs
ide disk for boot
and raid support for the others (promise)
nvidia gf4 440mx

(rename asusk8vdeluxeconfig to .config)
