Hi,
I tried to have ddclient (ddclient.sf.net, a perl script) run on startup by putting it on my /etc/rc.d/boot.local. It doesn't start. If I run it from console, i.e. Code:
/usr/sbin/ddclient Is it because the boot.local starts with a /bin/sh or is there a different reason? Thanks, Amit. |

Maybe perl isn't available yet? Maybe the partition where perl is isn't mounted yet? Or maybe it can't find perl in its path?
