Hi all,

I'm not a SUSE expert, but I'm facing a disturbing problem.
I'm a developer of a server side application (running on Weblogic 8.1 with Apache 2.0.52 as 1st tier, using Weblogic plugin SP6). All requests are sent with HTTP/1.0 over SSL connection.

The problem is that from time to time our Apache gets stuck, and return the following error to the clients:
"Failure of server APACHE bridge: Cannot open TEMP post file..."
What we managed to identify is that every case of this connection problem involves a connection from a client running on SUSE 7.1 using Perl 5.6.0 with openSSL version 0.9.6.
The HW specification of that machine is:
Compaq DL360, 768MB RAM, 1GHz PIII

My question is whether anyone ever got any problem regarding this configuration (OS, Perl + openSSL version and HW) that may be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance...

Even if it were known that there is a problem, the fix would be to update your Perl and OpenSSL versions. Those are really old. So why not just do it?
