Ppc Live Cd?

I burned the live CD on the download page and it didn't boot when I attempted to boot from it; did I do it wrong or does the listed live CD not work on PPC machines? If not, does there exist a PPC live CD? I have sufficient hardware to run openSUSE and would like to try it out.

Hi dai_vernon,

As far as I know there's no live CD for PPC machines, only an install DVD.

According to www.opensuse.org, there is no live CD for PPC. Only a DVD and a network isntall. I am currently doing a network install on one of our computers. They do have Live CDs for PC hardware though.
